腭裂术后塞音习得水平与语音发展的相关性研究

摘要
目的:探讨能够预测患儿良好构音能力的"敏感音"。方法:利用"西安交通大学口腔医院辅音广度评估表"对同一手术者,腭裂手术年龄在12~18个月的腭裂术后28例患儿的语音进行随访研究。分别计算了术后半年、一年半(最终语音评估年龄均不超过3岁)语料中的塞音的出现个数、声母(辅音)正确率(PCC),构音方法正确率(PCM),构音位置正确率(PCP)。并对塞音个数与PCC、PCP、PCM间的相关性进行了分析。结果:腭裂术后半年的塞音个数与患儿30个月时的PCC、PCM、PCP均具有相关性。其中与PCC的相关系数为0.535。结论:塞音在汉语腭裂语音发展中可以作为预测患儿良好构音能力的"敏感音"。根据患儿在2~3岁时语音评估结果,个性化合理安排患者再次就诊及语言治疗时间。
Objective: To study the correlation between early postsurgery phonetic acquisition of speech stop and speech outcomes of young children. Methods: 28 children with cleft palate were included in the study. An one-stage palatal repair procedure was performed by one surgeon for the children before the age of 18 months. Naming tests were used in the speech therapy room when the children were aged 23 months and 30 months. Stop consonant inventory number,percent correct consonants( PCC),percent correct manners( PCM) and percent correct places( PCP) were analyzed. Results: Number of stop consonant was significantly correlated with PCC,PCM and PCP at 24 and 30 months of age in the children. Coefficient of determination between stop consonant number and PCC was 0. 535. Conclusion: Speech stop may be used as the "sensitive sound"for the analysis of speech development of the chinese children aged 2- 3 years after cleft palate repair and as the individuation guideline to determine the best assessment and therapy time.
