KLF8及Snail1在结肠癌中的表达及意义

摘要
目的:探讨结肠癌组织中Krüppel转录因子8(KLF8)、锌指蛋白转录因子1(Snail1)的表达及临床意义。方法:收集2015年11月—2017年11月70例结肠癌组织与30例癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测上述组织中KLF8、Snail1的表达情况,分析两者的相关性及临床病理特征的关系。结果:KLF8在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为71. 4%,高于癌旁正常组织20%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05); Snail1在结肠癌组织中的阳性表达率为54. 2%,高于癌旁正常组织的30%,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。KLF8和Snail1在结肠癌组织中的表达与TNM分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移有关(P <0. 05),与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度无关(P> 0. 05)。在结肠癌组织中两者表达不存在相关性。结论:KLF8和Snail1在结肠癌组织中高表达,且两者之间不存在相关性,提示KLF8和Snail1两者通过不同的途径参与结肠癌的发生、发展过程。
        Objective: To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Krüppel like factor 8( KLF8) and Zinc finger protein transcription factor 1( Snail1) in colon cancer tissues. Methods: 70 cases of colon cancer and 30 adjacent normal tissues were collected. Immunohistochemical method was used to determine the expression of KLF8 and Snail1 in those tissues.The correlation of the two factors in colon cancer tissues,and the relationship of the two factors with pathological features were analyzed. Results: The expression of KLF8( 71. 4%) in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues( 20%) with statistic significance( P < 0. 05). The expression of Snail1( 54. 2%) in colon cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in adjacent normal tissues( 30%) with statistic significance( P < 0. 05). The expression of KLF8 and Snail1 was related with TNM staging of tumor,depth of invasion and lymph node metastasis( P < 0. 05),and no association was observed in age,gender,tumor size and histological grading( P > 0. 05). The two factors were uncorrelated in colon cancer tissues( r =-0. 194,P > 0. 05). Conclusion: KLF8 and Snail1 show high expression in colon cancer tissues. But there was no correlation between the two factors,suggesting that KLF8 and Snail1 may be involved in occurrence and development of colon cancer by different ways.
