紫杉醇联合洛铂治疗晚期乳腺癌护理的效果观察

摘要
目的分析紫杉醇联合洛铂治疗晚期乳腺癌护理的效果。方法选取2016年10月～2018年10月本院收治的晚期乳腺癌患者130例,均行紫杉醇与洛铂联合治疗,以随机化原则分组,分对照组(65例,采纳常规护理)、研究组(65例,采纳综合护理),比较SDS评分、SAS评分、并发症。结果研究组护理后SDS评分、SAS评分、并发症发生率显著较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论晚期乳腺癌患者紫杉醇联合洛铂治疗期间,采纳综合护理,可有效调节、减轻患者心理不良情绪,降低并发症发生率,值得借鉴。
Objective To analyze the effect of paclitaxel combined with lobaplatin in the treatment of advanced breast cancer.Methods From October 2016 to October 2018, 130 patients with advanced breast cancer were enrolled in the hospital. All patients were treated with paclitaxel and lobaplatin.The patients were divided into control group(65 cases,randomized).Adopting routine care,study group(65 patients,adopting comprehensive care),comparing SDS score,SAS score,and complications.Results The SDS score, SAS score and complication rate of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion During the treatment of paclitaxel combined with lobaplatin in patients with advanced breast cancer, comprehensive nursing can effectively adjust and alleviate the psychological bad mood of patients and reduce the incidence of complications. It is worth learning.
