免充气与充气单孔腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术的临床效果比较

摘要
目的:比较免充气和充气单孔腹腔镜下完全腹膜外腹股沟疝修补术(TEP)的临床效果。方法:选取成人腹股沟疝病人80例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例。观察组病人行免充气单孔TEP,对照组行充气单孔TEP,比较2组病人的治疗效果。结果:2组病人手术时间、术中出血量、住院费用、住院时间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组疼痛程度评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组病人切口满意度为95.00%,高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05)。2组病人术后均无复发。结论:免充气单孔腹腔镜TEP治疗腹股沟疝安全可行,病人接受程度高,具有一定临床应用价值。
Objective:To compare the clinical effects between inflation-free and inflation single-hole laparoscopic totally extraperitoneal inguinal hernia repair(TEP).Methods:Eighty adult patients with inguinal hernia were randomly divided into the observation group and control group(40 cases each group).The observation group was treated with inflation-free single-hole TEP,and the control group was treated with inflation single-hole TEP.The clinical effects between two groups were compared.Results:The differences of the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization cost and hospitalization time between two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The pain score in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01).The incision satisfaction in observation group(95.00%) was higher than that in control group(75.00%)(P<0.05).The postoperative recurrence in two groups was not found.Conclusions:The inflation-free single-hole TEP in treating inguinal hernia is safe,feasible,and has high degree of acceptance,which has certain clinical application value.
