基于区块链技术的互联网金融监管路径优化

摘要
区块链金融模式以破竹之势引发了全球金融的革新,同时也带来了不小的风险。区块链金融模式的出现给我国金融监管工作带来诸多困难。从西方先进国家的实践情况来看,可以尝试构建起沙箱监管体系,从建立"授权型立法"模式、设定企业沙箱准入与退出机制入手,重构监管原则,强化消费者权利的保障力度,以此来完善我国的区块链金融监管体系,从而推动我国区块链金融健康而规范的发展。
Block chain financial model has led to the global financial innovation with the potential of breaking bamboo, but also brought a lot of risks. The emergence of block chain financial model has brought many difficulties to China's financial supervision. From the practice of western advanced countries, we can try to construct a sandbox supervision system. Starting with the establishment of "authorized legislation" model, the establishment of enterprise sandbox access and exit mechanism, we can reconstruct the supervision principle and strengthen the protection of consumer rights, so as to improve our block chain financial supervision system, and promote the healthy and standardized development of block chain finance in China.
