卡前列甲酯栓对于产后出血患者纤维蛋白原与D-二聚体的影响研究

摘要
目的研究卡前列甲酯栓对于产后出血患者纤维蛋白原与D-二聚体的影响。方法选择我院2017年1月—2018年2月收治的产后出血患者80例,依据随机数字表法将其分为2组。对照组40例,采用缩宫素治疗;观察组40例,采用卡前列甲酯栓与缩宫素治疗。比较2组临床与实验室指标。结果与对照组比较,观察组宫缩持续时间长,产后24 h出血量少,子宫底下降速度快,恶露持续时间短,且治疗后FIB、D-D、BNP水平低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论卡前列甲酯栓在产后出血中具有明显优势,可改善血液高凝状态,降低产后出血量,促进产后恢复。
Objective To study the effect of carboprost methylate suppository on fibrinogen and D-dimer in pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 80 patients with postpartum hemorrhage in the hospital from January 2017 to February 2018 were selected,and they were divided into two groups by random number table,with 40 cases in each group. Control group was given oxytocin,while observation group was treated with carboprost methylate suppository and oxytocin. The clinical indexes and laboratory indexes were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with control group,the duration of uterine contraction in observation group was longer,the postpartum 24 h bleeding volume in observation group was less,the descent speed of fundus of uterus in observation group was more rapid,the duration of lochia in observation group was shorter,the levels of FIB,D-D,BNP in observation group after treatment were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost methylate suppository in treatment of pregnant women with postpartum hemorrhage is effective,it can improve hypercoagulable state,decrease postpartum bleeding volume and promote postpartum recovery.
