区间值群组决策专家权重微调整方法

摘要
针对多属性群决策理论中专家权重如何确定的问题,提出了基于区间值群决策专家权重微调整方法,是对"群组决策专家权重微调整方法"的扩展研究.专家对方案偏好的测评信息为区间数,利用平均值、标准差对每个区间的左、右端点逐次进行微调整,得到专家权重.其中创新之处是当方案综合评价值相同,难以区分排序时,根据标准差进一步来衡量方案的优劣,最终取得理想的方案排序.通过实例表明该方法简便有效.
Aiming at the problem of how to determine expert weight in multi-attribute group decision-making theory,this paper proposes a method to adjust the expert weight based on interval value,which is an extended study of"the method of slightly adjusting the weight of expert in group decision-making". While the evaluation information of expert preference is the interval number,the expert weight is obtained by fine-tuning the left and right end points of each interval by means of average value and standard deviation. The innovation is that when the comprehensive evaluation value of the scheme is the same and it is difficult to distinguish the ranking,the scheme can be further evaluated according to the standard deviation and the ideal scheme ranking can be obtained finally. An example shows the method is simple and effective.
