摘要
利用CFD方法建立某海洋钻井平台泥浆处理区域排风方案的数学模型,对比两套方案的流场与温度场的耦合效应,综合考虑噪声控制和危险区域防爆等级划分要求,确定该区域的最终排风方案,为泥浆处理区域的风管布置方案提供效能分析方法,并提出确定方案时应考虑的技术因素。
The mathematical models of the ventilation schemes in mud treatment area of jack-up drilling platform are established using CFD.By comparing the coupling effects of the flow field and the temperature field of two schemes,and taking the requirements of noise control and the classification of the explosion-proof level in hazardeous zone into consideration comprehensively,the final ventilation scheme of the area is determined,which provides a performance analysis method for the duct layout in the mud treatment area and considers the technical factors.
