肌内效贴提高男性大学生柔韧素质的时效性研究

摘要
目的:研究肌内效贴对男性大学生柔韧素质提高的效果,观察其24小时的维持效应。方法:将40名男性大学生受试者采用随机数字表的形式分为对照组和干预组,每组20人,对照组和干预组受试者一般资料无统计学差异。对照组为空白对照;干预组使用肌内效贴作为干预手段,对躯干竖脊肌群和大腿股后肌群分别使用两条放松贴法的"I"形肌内效贴进行贴扎。在干预前、干预后即刻、干预24 h后分别测量受试者的坐位体前屈值和脊柱弯曲活动度。结果:(1)在坐位体前屈值上,干预组组内数据比较显示:与干预前(5.52±1.93 cm)比较,干预后即刻(9.54±3.83 cm)、干预24 h后(9.94±3.75 cm)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而干预后即刻与干预24 h后比较差异无统计学意义。干预后即刻,与对照组(6.11±2.87 cm)比较,干预组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01);干预24 h后,与对照组(6.04±4.50cm)比较,干预组差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.01)。(2)在脊柱弯曲活动度上,干预组组内数据比较显示:与干预前(66.46°±11.30°)比较,干预后即刻(80.92°±12.67°)、干预24 h后(79.14°±10.16°)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);而干预后即刻与干预24 h后比较差异无统计学意义。干预后即刻,与对照组(72.01°±14.12°)比较,干预组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预24 h后,与对照组(71.51°±13.40°)比较,干预组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:肌内效贴可以增加脊柱弯曲活动范围,提高坐位体前屈值,继而改善人体柔韧素质,且在24小时内持续改善人体柔韧素质。
        Objective To study the effect of improving the flexibility of male college students using the Kinesio taping(KT) in 24 hours. Method Forty male college students were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,each of 20. There was no significant difference in the general data between the 2 groups. In the experimental group two"I"-shaped Kinesio tapes were applied to the erector spinae and the posterior muscles of the thigh,while no intervention was given in the control group. The sit and reach and the spinal flexion range of motion were measured before as well as immediately after and 24 hours after the intervention. Result Compared with before the intervention,the sit and reach of the experimental group immediately after and 24 hours after the intervention(9.54± 3.83 cm and 9.94 ± 3.75 cm) was significantly higher than before the intervention(5.52 ± 1.93 cm),while no significant differences were observed between that immediately after and 24 hours after the intervention. However,compared with the control group immediately after and 24 hours after the intervention(6.11 ± 2.87 cm and 9. 6.04 ± 4.50 cm),the sit and reach of the experimental group were significantly higher. The spinal flexion range of motion of the experimental group immediately and 24 hours after the intervention(80.92° ± 12.67° and 79.14° ± 10.16°) was significantly higher than before the intervention(66.46° ± 11.30°)(P<0.05),but no significant differences were found between that immediately after and 24 hours after the intervention. However,compared with the control group immediately after and 24 hours after the intervention(72.01° ± 14.12° and 71.51° ± 13.40°),the spinal flexion range of motion of the experimental group were significantly higher(P<0.05 for both). Conclusion KT can help to increase the spine flexion range of motion and the sit and reach,which may help to improve the flexibility of human body. KT has the effect of continuously improving the flexibility of the human body within 24 hours.
