补肾中药辅治体外受精-胚胎移植临床经验撷要

摘要
近年来中医药界在改善体外受精-胚胎移植(In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer,IVF-ET)妊娠结局方面做出了积极的探索,中医药辅治IVF-ET的临床应用屡见报道,笔者将徐晓娟教授运用补肾中药从IVF-ET术前准备(含IVF-ET术前男方生殖调理)、术中助孕、失败后调治等方面辅治IVF-ET的临床经验进行总结,以期增加不孕患者IVF-ET的临床妊娠率及分娩率,减少并发症。
In recent years, the Chinese medicine community has made active explorations in improving the outcome of In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo Transfer(IVF-ET) pregnancy. The clinical application of Chinese medicine for adjuvant therapy IVF-ET has been reported frequently. The author summarized the clinical experience of Professor Xu Xiao-juan to apply Chinese nourishing kidney herbs to adjuvant therapy IVF-ET in preparation(including IVF-ET preoperative male reproductive conditioning), intraoperative pregnancy, and post-failure treatment, in order to increase the clinical pregnancy rate and delivery rate of IVF-ET in infertile patients, and reduce complications.
