Lin28B在三阴乳腺癌的表达和作用机制初探

摘要
目的探讨Lin28B在三阴乳腺癌的表达和作用机制。方法选择2008年1月1日~2013年12月31日本院收治的三阴乳腺癌(TNBC)患者30例,按照免疫组织化学法检测癌组织及癌旁组织Lin28B蛋白的表达情况。分析Lin28B表达与TNBC病理特征的相关性。结果 TNBC患者癌组织与癌旁组织中Lin28B、E-cadherin、N-cadherin、β-cadherin蛋白表达的阳性率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Lin28B蛋白与TNBC患者的肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移、远处转移、Ki67表达有相关性,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),与患者的年龄、月经状态、肿瘤分期无相关(P>0.05)。结论 Lin28B蛋白表达情况可能与TNBC的发生、恶化有关,可能会成为TNBC患者治疗时的新靶点。
Objective To investigate the expression and mechanism of Lin28B in patients with triple negative breast cancer.Methods Patients of 30 cases with triple negative breast cancer(TNBC) were treated in our hospital from January 1,2008 to December 31,2013.The expression of Lin28B protein in cancer tissues and para cancerous tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry.The correlation between the expression of Lin28B and the pathological features of TNBC was analyzed.Results The positive rates of the expression of Lin28B,E-cadherin,N-cadherin,and beta-cadherin in the cancer tissues of TNBC patients were compared with those in the para cancerous tissues.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Lin28B protein was correlated with the degree of tumor differentiation,lymph node metastasis,distant metastasis and Ki67 expression in patients with TNBC,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no correlation with age,menstrual state and tumor staging.Conclusion The expression of Lin28B protein may be related to the occurrence and deterioration of TNBC,and it may be a new target for the treatment of TNBC patients.
