摘要
目的:采用薄层色谱法,建立叶下珠的薄层鉴别方法,为其质量控制提供依据。方法:以甲醇为提取溶剂,叶下珠为对照药材,没食子酸为对照品,醋酸为展开剂在聚酰胺薄膜上展开,喷以1%三氯化铁乙醇溶液显色,对叶下珠进行薄层色谱鉴别研究。结果:供试品溶液在与对照药材和对照品相应位置上显相同颜色的清晰斑点。结论:本方法简便、快捷,重现性好,检出斑点清晰,可作为叶下珠的薄层鉴别方法。
Objective To establish a thin layer chromatography identification method of Phyllanthus urinaria Linnaeus,and to provide experimental basis for quality control standard. Method Methanol was used as extracting solvent.Phyllanthi urinariae herba was used as contrast material, gallic acid was used as the reference material. Phyllanthus urinaria Linnaeus was identified with acetic acid as mobile phase, polyamide film as stationary phase and chloride ferric( 1 %) as color developing reagent. Result The test solution showed clear spots of the same color at the corresponding positions with the contrast material and the reference material. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid, and reproducible, the spots were clear and easy to be identified. It can be used for TLC identification of Phyllanthus urinaria Linnaeus.
