眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术矫治上睑皮肤松弛的临床研究

摘要
目的分析眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术矫治上睑皮肤松弛的临床效果。方法选择我院自2014年1月-2018年6月收治的81例上脸皮肤松弛者,将其随机分为2组,对照组39例行传统重睑成形术,观察组42例行眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术,对两组治疗效果进行比较。结果观察组术后满意度为90.48%明显高于对照组64.10%,相对比,P<0.05。观察组术后并发症发生率为4.76%明显低于对照组25.64%,相对比,P <0.05。结论眉下切口眼轮匝肌悬吊术矫治上睑皮肤松弛者,有较好的疗效,值得借鉴。
Objective to analyze the clinical effect of subeyebrow incision and orbicularis oculi muscle suspension in the treatment of upper eyelid skin laxity.
