摘要
为了满足单体电池对充电机低压、大电流的要求,同时减少对电网的谐波污染,研制了一款AC/DC单体电池充电机。前级采用Boost APFC技术,实现宽电压输入、功率因数校正和母线稳压;后级采用LLC SR技术,解决二次侧整流二极管的损耗问题,实现电气隔离和降压。分析了级联变换器的工作原理,探讨了其设计方法。样机试验表明,整机功率因数、效率较高,且成本较低,验证了设计的可行性与有效性。
        A single battery charger with AC/DC was designed to meet the performance requirements of low voltage and high current,and reduce the harmonic pollution to grid.The active power factor correction(APFC),the wide input voltage and the stable DC bus voltage are realized by the first stage on boost APFC technology.The loss problem of the secondary rectifier diode is resolved,and the electrical isolation and voltage step-down are realized by the second stage on LLC synchronous rectifier(SR) technology.The operation principle was analyzed and the parameters and design method were discussed based on the cascaded converter.A prototype test shows that the design has the performance of high power factor,high efficiency and low cost,and the feasibility and effectiveness of the design were verified.
