摘要
提出了一种分区处理电压越限的解决方案。传统的无功电压分区往往需经过多次分区及调整过程,文中通过牛顿拉夫逊潮流计算得到灵敏度矩阵,将PV节点和平衡节点加入由灵敏度矩阵形成的电气距离矩阵中,利用SAS(Statistical Analysis System)聚类分析只需一次聚类求取初始分区结果,再按照每个分区含有无功源的原则对分区结果进行优化调整。针对节点无功电压调节灵敏度不同的特点,提出了由电气距离矩阵确定电容器最佳配置地点和系统发生电压越限时无功调节设备的动作次序的方案,将系统有功网损和电压合格率作为目标函数来确定无功设备的最优动作值。通过IEEE30算例系统表明分区处理电压越限可以减少无功设备的动作次数和加快越限节点电压的恢复,验证了该方法的有效性。
        A solution of voltage beyond limits by partition is proposed in this paper. The traditional reactive power voltage network partition often needs to be partitioned and adjusted for several times,this paper calculates sensitivity matrix by the Newton-Raphson method. And this paper adds PV nodes and the slack node to the electrical distance matrix which is obtained from the sensitivity matrix. After calculating the original partitions with SAS software merely by one time clustering,this paper adjusts the partitions according to the principle which each partition should contain a reactive power source.Due to the different sensitivity of reactive voltage regulation of nodes,the best location of the capacitor and the operation sequence of reactive equipment are determined by the electrical distance matrix. And it determines the optimal operating value of the reactive equipment through considering the system active power loss and voltage qualification rate as the objective function. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through the IEEE-30 example system. And the method of voltage beyond limits by partition could reduce the number of device actions and accelerate the recovery of the voltage.
