摘要
对点火提前角与液化石油气(LPG)汽车发动机性能和排放的关系进行分析,通过台架试验,获取各种工况下LPG发动机的最佳点火提前角,通过建立BP神经网络模型,实现燃气汽车点火控制系统的优化,还对LPG发动机点火提前角对动力性与排放的影响进行了试验研究,得出在不同转速和负荷下,点火提前角变化对NOx和CO排放的影响结果,采用模糊模式识别的方法判别燃气汽车点火系统的技术状态。
The relationship of ignition timing,LPG engine performance and emissions were researched in this paper.At various work conditions optimum ignition angles were acquired.Because of the implementation of optimum ignition system based on BP neural network,LPG engine performance was greatly improved.The testing results of NOx and CO emissions show that ignition control system established in this paper is accurate and practical.Technical condition of ignition system was identified based on fuzzy pattern recognition method.
