摘要

目的:分析膀胱癌不同TNM分期对腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除术患者预后的影响。方法:将61例膀胱癌患者TNM分期分为T1期、T2期、T3期、T4期,均行腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除术,比较几组患者预后情况。结果:T3期、T4期术后并发症发生率及残余尿量明显高于T1期、T2期(P<0.05),最大尿流速、膀胱容量明显小于T1期、T2期(P<0.05)。结论:膀胱癌不同TNM分期对腹腔镜根治性膀胱切除术患者预后有一定影响,分期越高,预后越差,借助TNM分期情况可对患者预后加以评估。
        Objective: To analyze the effect of different TNM staging of bladder cancer on the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy. Methods:TNM stage of 61 patients with bladder cancer was divided into TI stage. T2 stage. T3 stage and T4 stage. Laparoscopic radical cystectomy was performed to compare the prognosis of several groups. Results: The incidence of postoperative complications and residual urine were significantly higher in T3 and T4 than in T1 and T2(P<0.05). The maximum urinary flow rate and bladder capacity were significantly smaller than those in T1 and T2 phases(P<0.05). Conclusion:Different TNM staging of bladder cancer has a certain impact on the prognosis of patients undergoing laparoscopic radical cystectomy. The higher the stage, the worse the prognosis. The prognosis of the patients can be assessed by means of TNM staging.
