摘要
采用不同的退火工艺对数控机床用M2高速钢试样进行了退火处理,研究了退火工艺对试样冲击性能、耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明:随常规退火温度的提高,材料的冲击性能、耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能先提高后下降。超声振动退火处理较常规退火更有利于提高材料的冲击性能、耐磨损性能和热疲劳性能。数控机床用M2高速钢材料的退火优选为1025℃的45 Hz超声振动退火。
The M2 high speed steel specimens for NC machine tool were annealed by different annealing processes. The effects of annealing processes on the impact properties, wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the samples were studied. The results show that the impact properties, wear resistance and thermal fatigue properties of the material increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of the annealing temperature. Ultrasonic vibration annealing treatment is more advantageous to improve the impact resistance, wear resistance and thermal fatigue property of the material. The optimized annealing of M2 high speed steel material for NC machine tool is 45 Hz ultrasonic vibration annealing at 1025℃.
