摘要
研究了不同成分区间下6082合金汽车横梁挤压型材的宏观力学、三点弯曲和微观晶粒情况;结果表明,合金成分(重量含量,%)在Si 1.0~1.3,Fe≤0.25,Cu≤0.07,Mn 0.5~0.6,Mg 0.8~1.0,Cr 0.10~0.20时,可以得到综合性能最佳的产品。
This paper studies the macromechanics, three-point bending and microstructure?size of automobiles cross member for different composition intervals of 6082 alloy extrusion profile. The results shows?that the composition of the alloy(wt, %) in Si 1.0~1.3,Fe≤0.25,Cu≤0.07,Mn 0.5~0.6,Mg 0.8~1.0,Cr 0.10~0.20, the product with the best comprehensive performance can be obtained.
