我国船舶大气污染防治对策

摘要
船舶排放已成为大气污染的主要排放源之一,但我国船舶大气污染防治工作起步较晚,管理模式尚待完善。作者通过收集分析广州港船舶大气污染相关数据,结合日常海事管理经验,借鉴先进国家地区的管理模式,提出我国船舶污染防治工作的建议。
The emission from ships has become one of the major sources for air pollution. Due to the late start, the managerial mode for the prevention and control of ship air pollution in China still needs improvement. Based on the collection and analysis of relevant data on ship air pollution at Guangzhou port and in view of the experience obtained in routine maritime administration, the author learns from the managerial mode of developed countries and regions and provides suggestions on the ship pollution prevent and control of China.
