摘要
[目的]评价哒螨灵防治茶小绿叶蝉的活性及其田间应用效果。[方法]利用浸渍法分别测定哒螨灵等药剂对茶小绿叶蝉2龄若虫、4龄若虫活性,并采用15%哒螨灵EW 20、30、40 mg/L,10%联苯菊酯EW 30 mg/L药液喷雾进行大田对比试验。[结果]哒螨灵对茶小绿叶蝉4龄若虫的毒力与联苯菊酯的毒力相当,明显高于高效氯氰菊酯、吡虫啉、啶虫脒等的毒力。2龄若虫对哒螨灵的敏感性是4龄的2.78倍,5龄敏感性比4龄略有降低;15%哒螨灵EW质量浓度为30、40 mg/L,10%联苯菊酯EW质量浓度30 mg/L田间喷雾防治茶小绿叶蝉,防效达到85%以上的持效期分别可达14、7 d。[结论]哒螨灵对茶小绿叶蝉有较高的活性,可作为茶区防治茶小绿叶蝉的轮换、交替用药品种。
        [Aims] This study aims to evaluate the bioactivity and field efficacy of pyridaben against tea green leafhopper(Empoasca pirisuga Matumura). [Methods] The bioactivity of some pesticides including pyridaben against the 2th, 4th instar nymph of tea green leafhopper were tested by Impregnation method, and the field efficacy trials at 20,30, 40 mg/L of pyridaben 15% EW and 30 mg/L of bifenthrin 10% EW were also carried out. [Results] The bioactivity of pyridaben against the 4th instar nymph of tea green leafhopper was nearly equal to that of bifenthrin, and significantly higher than that of cypermethrin, imidacloprid, acetamiprid and so on. The sensibility of the 2th instar nymph of tea green leafhopper to pyridaben is 2.78 times as much as the 4th instar nymph, the sensibility of the 5th instar nymph is slightly lower than that of the 4th instar nymph. Pyridaben 15% EW and 30 mg/L of bifenthrin 10% EW showed good field efficacy at 30, 40 mg/L, and the control effect is over 85% after 14 days and 7 days respectively.[Conclusons] Pyridaben has higher bioactivity against tea green leafhopper, and it can be used as a rotation or alternate pesticide to control tea green leafhopper.
