消旋卡多曲颗粒联合小儿腹泻宁合剂治疗儿童轮状病毒性肠炎的疗效

摘要
目的探讨消旋卡多曲颗粒联合小儿腹泻宁合剂治疗儿童轮状病毒性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取我院轮状病毒性肠炎患儿80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组予以消旋卡多曲颗粒口服,观察组予以消旋卡多曲颗粒联合小儿腹泻宁合剂口服,连用1周。治疗后观察两组的临床疗效,患儿的退热时间,腹泻、呕吐停止时间及心肌酶水平的变化。结果两组疗效比较,P<0.05;治疗后观察组患儿的退热时间、腹泻及呕吐停止时间与对照组比较,P<0.05;对照组治疗前后心肌酶谱比较,P<0.01;观察组治疗前后心肌酶谱比较,P<0.01;两组治疗后心肌酶水平比较,P<0.05。结论消旋卡多曲联合小儿腹泻宁合剂治疗儿童轮状病毒性肠炎疗效确切,可以快速缓解临床症状,安全性好,值得临床推广和应用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of racecadotril granules combined with Xiaoer diarrhea ning mixture in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children.Methods 80 cases children with rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given racecadotril granules orally and the observation group was given racecadotril granules combined with Xiaoer diarrhea ning mixture orally,one week for a course of treatment.After treatment,the clinical efficacy,fever abatement time,diarrhea,vomiting stop time and changes of myocardial enzymes were observed.Results There was significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the antipyretic time,diarrhea and vomiting stopping time in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The myocardial enzymes in the control group were significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01); the myocardial enzymes in the observation group were not significantly different before and after treatment(P<0.01); there was no significant difference in the myocardial enzymes levels between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion Racecadotril granules combined with Xiaoer diarrhea ning mixture is effective in the treatment of rotavirus enteritis in children.It can quickly relieve clinical symptoms and was safety,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
