摘要
以苏黎世联邦理工学院科学城校区为例,从空间规划、能源利用、建筑设计与智能建造等几个方面解读了在特定气候条件下"可持续"校园规划的具体能源与环境应对策略。该校区规划设计以人与环境的协同发展为理念,通过高密高效的空间规划、整体统筹的能源利用、长效应变的开放空间设计、学科协同的先进建造与高科技材料技术的应用等策略,实现了从规划到运营的全生命周期的"可持续性"。
        Taking the Science City of Swiss Federal Institute of Technology Zurich(ETH Honggerberg) as an example,this paper interprets the substantial energy and environmental strategies for a "sustainable campus" under specific climatic condition, regarding master planning, energy usage, building design and smart constructions. Based on the principle of coordinated development between human and the environment,many sustainable strategies are effectively adopted to ensure the campus' s sustainable development in its whole lifecycle. These strategies include the high-density spatial planning, the comprehensive energy usage, the adaptive open space design, and the application of advanced construction and material technologies, etc.
