摘要
目的研究绝经前后女性2型糖尿病患者冠心病的危险因素。方法收集200例绝经前后女性2型糖尿病(T2DM)住院患者病例资料,对其进行相关研究。结果①绝经前后T2DM合并冠心病组患者糖尿病病程、空腹血糖(FBG)、体重指数(BMI)、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)以及白细胞计数(WBC)水平较不合并冠心病组升高(P<0.05);与绝经前女性T2DM合并冠心病组比较,绝经后T2DM合并冠心病女性TG、UA、SBP升高,HDL-C降低(P<0.05)。②Logistic回归分析显示:绝经前T2DM女性TG、UA、LDL-C、WBC计数是冠心病发生的危险因素;绝经后T2DM女性,糖尿病病程、TG、UA、WBC计数是冠心病发生的危险因素。结论代谢紊乱和炎症是绝经前后女性T2DM患者发生冠心病的共同危险因素,应引起重视。
        Objective To study the risk factors of coronary heart disease in women with type 2 diabetes beforeand after menopause. Methods The data of 200 hospitalized patients with type 2 diabetes(T2 DM) before and aftermenopause were collected and related studies were conducted. Results Firstly, diabetes duration, fasting bloodglucose(FBG), body mass index(BMI), uric acid(UA), triglyceride(TG), low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and white blood cell count in patients with T2 DM and coronary heart disease before and after menopause. The level of(WBC) was lower than that of coronary heart disease group(P< 0.05). Compared with T2 DM pre-menopausal womenwith coronary heart disease, TG, UA, SBP increased and HDL-C decreased in postmenopausal T2 DM patients withcoronary heart disease(P <0.05). Secondly, logistic regression analysis showed that TG, UA, LDL-C and WBC countsin premenopausal women with T2 DM were risk factors for coronary heart disease; in postmenopausal women withT2 DM, the duration of diabetes, TG, UA and WBC counts were risk factors for coronary heart disease. ConclusionMetabolic disorders and inflammation are common risk factors for coronary heart disease in women with T2 DM beforeand after menopause and should be paid attention to.
