李伟莉名中医治疗月经过少经验

摘要
月经过少是指月经周期正常,但经量明显减少,古籍中有"经水不利""经水涩少""经水少"等记载,是妇科的常见病、多发病。导师李伟莉结合多年的临床经验,在该病的诊疗过程中积累了大量治疗经验。她指出其病因病机不外乎肾虚、血虚、血寒、痰湿及血瘀所致,谨遵"经水涩少,为虚为涩,虚则补之,涩则濡之",临证中,病证结合,辨证施治,分期论治,以养血活血调为要。
