家蚕miRNA对核型多角体病毒靶基因的预测

摘要
了解家蚕miRNA对家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)的调控作用,为家蚕病毒的防控研究提供参考,利用已发布的563条家蚕成熟miRNA预测其在家蚕核型多角体病毒(BmNPV)中的靶基因,并利用在线靶基因预测软件RNAhybrid进行预测。结果表明:预测得到55个可能的靶基因,功能涉及家蚕体内病毒的复制增殖、病毒早期及晚期的转录和表达、抗家蚕细胞凋亡以及与病毒的结构蛋白相关等。miRNA与病毒的相互作用存在于病毒的侵染到释放的整个过程中,可能是一种重要的调控方式。
        The target genes in Bombyx mori nuclear polyhedrosis virus(BmNPV)were predicted by using 563 published B.mori miRNAs and online target gene prediction software RNAhybrid to understand the effect of miRNA on regulation of BmNPV and provide a reference for prevention and control of virus in B.mori.Results:55 possible target genes are predicted and the functions of these target genes involve virus replication and proliferation in silkworm body,transcription and expression of virus at early and later phase,resistance to silkworm cell apoptosis and structural protein of virus.The interaction between miRNA and virus exists during the whole process from virus infection and virus release,which may be an important regulating pattern.
