摘要
采用MG2000摩擦磨损试验机,对环氧树脂胶、环氧树脂和硅酸盐复合胶的二硫化钼(MoS_2)涂层摩擦磨损性能进行了研究。试验结果表明,环氧树脂和硅酸盐复合胶的MoS_2涂层更加耐磨且其摩擦系数更低,优于单一的环氧树脂胶涂层;当复合胶:MoS_2的比例为1:1时其摩擦性能最好。
The epoxy resin adhesive,epoxy resin and silicate compound adhesive friction and wear performance of molybdenum disulfide MoS_2 coating was investigated by using MG2000 friction and wear testing machine.The results show that the epoxy resin and silicate compound plastic MoS_2 coating is more wear-resisting and its friction coefficient is lower,which is better than that of single epoxy resin adhesive coating.The friction performance is best when the ratio between the MoS_2 coating adhesive and MoS_2 is 1:1.
