摘要
结合国内外预制装配式建筑设计与施工的发展实际,探讨了预制装配式建筑设计的具体内容和主要特点,并对其设计的主要技术流程做简要的阐述。以此为基础,着重从方案的规范设计、预制加工件设计、构造节点连接设计、电管线预留预埋设计等设计层面的技术关键点进行分析,并对通过BIM技术实现预制装配式建筑设计优化具体实施方法作进一步讨论与阐述,旨在为预制装配式建筑的设计实践提供借鉴与参考。
Based on the development of prefabricated building design and construction at home and abroad, the specific content and main characteristics of prefabricated building design are discussed, and the main technical process of the design is briefly described. On this basis,emphatically from the scheme of prefabricated specification design, mechanical parts design, structure node connection design, the electric line reserve level technical key points of the embedded design is analyzed, and the specific implementation method of using BIM technology to realize prefabricated concrete building design is discussed, aimed at providing reference for prefabricated building design practice and reference.
