摘要
机械臂横梁在使用过程中出现裂纹,无法使用,经现场调查、宏观分析、理化检测、应力应变和结构强度分析,结果表明横梁使用的铸造铝合金存在夹杂和气孔缺陷,且截面为方形中空结构,内部加强筋数量少,承压能力相对较差,受外力后裂纹从缺陷处延伸导致失效。
Mechanical arm beam may get cracked and can't be normally used. By conducting site investigation,macro analysis, physic-chemical testing, stress-strain and the strength analysis of loader structures, we found that there were pores and inclusions in the aluminum alloy beam.The sectional area was a square hollow structure,and the poor bearing capacity was due to the internal reinforcement. The crack started at the defect after being subjected to external force.
