摘要
高层建筑物的沉降对其安全有较大影响,需对其进行持续性沉降观测直至进入稳定状态。合理地制定一套沉降观测方案,不仅能及时掌握其沉降状态,也可为后期维护提供依据。本文介绍了高层建筑物沉降观测相关技术问题,结合某业务大楼的沉降观测实例,进行沉降观测方案设计并实施,最后对结果做了分析。
        The settlement of high-rise buildings has great influence on its safety,and it needs to be observed until it enters a stable state.A reasonable settlement observation plan can not only grasp the settlement status in time,but also provide a basis for later maintenance.The technical problems related to settlement observation of high-rise buildings are introduced in detail.Combined with the data of settlement observation of a business building,the design method of settlement observation plan for high-rise buildings is discussed and implemented.Finally,the results are analyzed.
