摘要
自噬是指胞浆内大分子物质和细胞器在膜包囊泡中大量降解的生物学过程,在维持细胞内稳态、调控细胞分化及对环境应激的应答方面极为关键。Beclin1为重要的自噬相关基因,目前研究发现其对乳腺癌的发生发展起着双向作用。本文对近年来Beclin1对乳腺癌作用的研究进展进行综述。
        Autophagy is a process that regulates the degradation of cytoplasmic macromolecular substances and organelles,and its role is crucial in maintaining cell homeostasis,cell differentiation,and response to environmental stress. With the deepening of research,we found Beclin1,which was an important autophagy-related gene,played a bidirectional role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer. We review the research progress on the effect of autophagy-related gene Beclin1 on breast cancer.
