摘要
股骨粗隆间骨折是老年患者常见的骨折形式之一,由于人口的高龄化,骨质疏松的患者越来越多,这些老年患者常在低能量的暴力下就导致股骨粗隆间的骨折。当下医疗条件和技术的发展,使得很多老年患者在骨折术后有很好的生活质量,骨折后存活率也明显上升,因此越来越多的国内外医护人员关注老年患者的粗隆间骨折以及骨折的治疗方案,并推动关于治疗老年患者粗隆间骨折的医疗技术不断向前发展。本文将几年来国内及国外对于股骨粗隆间骨折手术治疗的研究进展进行综述。
        Intertrochanteric fracture is one of the common forms of fracture in elderly patients. Because of the aging of the population, number of osteoporosis is increasing. The fracture of the femur happens in these elderly patients in the low energy violence. The development of the current medical conditions and technology insures a lot of elderly patients good quality of life in postoperative fracture. Fracture survival rate also increases significantly so the domestic and foreign medical personnel pay more and more attention to the intertrochanteric fracture of elderly patients and treatment of fractures,which pushes the continuous development of medical technology in treating intertrochanteric fracture for elderly patients. In this article,the research progress in treating intertrochanteric fracture of femur in domestic and abroad in recent years is reviewed.
