摘要
随着检测认证市场竞争的加大,目前很多检测实验室选择在不同的地域进行实验室建设,这对检测数据的一致性与实时性提出了挑战。同时,光组件检测实验室存在仪器多样、样品小巧等特点。为此,提出了一种基于MQTT通信协议的分布式标准光组件智能试验系统。试验系统由感知层、网络层和应用层组成,在感知层采用无线传感网络的方式实现样品位置和试验数据的收集,在网络层,应用物联网领域的轻量级协议MQTT,并通过Json数据格式进行消息的中转与传输,在应用层使用手机等移动终端显示实时数据,查询历史数据等,为检测数据的一致性提供支撑。
With expansion of the inspection and certification market,many laboratories choose to construct laboratories in different regions,thus posing a challenge to the consistency and real-time performance of test data. Furthermore,optical component inspection laboratories are characterized by diversified instruments and small samples. In this background,a distributed intelligent test system based on MQTT communication protocol was proposed for standard optical components. The test system,composed of a sensing layer,network layer and application layer,used the wireless sensor network method in the sensing layer to collect sample position and test data. The network layer applied MQTT,a lightweight protocol in the field of Internet of things,to complete message transfer and transmission in the Json data format. In the application layer,mobile phones and other mobile terminals were used to display real-time data and query historical data,thus providing support for the consistency of test data.
