MRI常规扫描结合MRCP对胆管内乳头状肿瘤的诊断价值

摘要
目的探讨磁共振成像(MRI)结合磁共振胰胆管成像(MRCP)扫描对胆管内乳头状肿瘤(IPN)的诊断价值。方法对80例IPN患者分别进行MRI常规扫描与MRCP扫描,分析各自检查结果的影像学特征,比较MRI与MRCP单独或联合检查对IPN诊断的准确率。结果 MRI组的确诊率为76.3%,低于MRCP组的86.3%(P<0.05);而MRI+MRCP组的确诊率为96.3%,高于MRI组和MRCP组(P<0.05)。结论在IPN的诊断中,采用MRI与MRCP联合检查,能够提高对疾病诊断的准确率。
Objective To explore the value of magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) combined with magnetic resonance cholangiopancreatography(MRCP) scanning in the diagnosis of intraductal papillary neoplasm(IPN). Methods A total of 80 patients with IPN received MRI conventional scanning and MRCP scanning. The imaging characteristics were analyzed on the basis of the examination results, and the accuracies of MRI and MRCP conducted separately or jointly in the diagnosis of IPN were compared.Results The confirmed diagnostic rate in the MRI group was 76.3%, which was lower than the 86.3% in the MRCP group(P < 0.05);the confirmed diagnostic rate in the MRI +MRCP group was 96.3%, which was higher than that in the MRI group and the MRCP group(P < 0.05). Conclusion In the diagnosis of IPN, the combination of MRI and MRCP can improve the accuracy of the diagnosis of IPN.
