摘要
综述了近年来基于SPME-GC-MS联用技术在筛选呼出气、血液、尿液等生物样本中挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)作为肺癌标志物的研究进展,总结了在各个关键步骤中对分析结果产生影响的各项因素以及相应的作用,并对GC-MS分析技术在肺癌诊断研究中存在的问题进行了总结和展望。
        This paper reviews the recent development in screening volatile organic compounds( VOCs)as lung cancer biomarkers in biological samples such as exhaled breath,blood and urine based on SPME-GC-MS technology. The various factors in the key procedures and corresponding effects influencing the analysis results are summarized. And the current problems and the further trends of the GC-MS analytical technology in the diagnosis of lung cancer are stated.
