摘要
N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸(NMDA)受体是由不同亚基组成的异四聚体,它主要参与哺乳动物学习记忆、突触可塑性、兴奋性神经毒性等生理病理过程。当突触内外NMDA受体出现分布及表达异常的情况,会导致神经系统发生严重的功能紊乱。研究NMDA受体分布及表达,探讨其功能变化,将为临床治疗相关疾病提供一个新方向。本文就NMDA受体结构、分布、生理功能等方面对其进行综述。
