摘要
目的:探讨不同超声荡洗组合液对根管显微硬度的影响。方法:选取新鲜拔除的上颌单根管恒牙40颗。沿牙颈部将牙冠截除,Mtwo镍钛预备系统预备根管。随机分为四组,A组:3%NaClO和EDTA组合液,B组:3%NaClO和MTAD组合液,C组:CHX和H_2O_2组合液,D组:蒸馏水进行超声荡洗。对每组样本的根管的显微硬度进行测量并比较。SPSS 19. 0对数据进行统计学分析。结果:A组显微硬度明显低于其他各组,差异显著(P <0. 05)。B组显微硬度低于C,D两组,差异显著(P <0. 05)。C,D两组显微硬度比较无显著差异(P> 0. 05)。结论:3%NaClO和EDTA组合荡洗液,3%NaClO和MTAD组合荡洗液对根管硬度均产生不同程度的影响,其中3%NaClO溶液和EDTA组合荡洗液对根管的硬度的影响较大,H_2O_2和CHX混合液对根管硬度影响较小为较好的根管荡洗液。
Objective: To investigate the effect of different ultrasonic wash combination on root canal microhardness. Methods: 40 fresh maxillary single-rooted permanent teeth were selected. The crown is truncated along the tooth neck and the Mtwo nickeltitanium preparation system prepares the root canal. Randomly divided into four groups,A group: 3% NaClO and EDTA combination liquid,Group B:3% NaClO and MTAD combination liquid,Group C: CHX and H_2O_2 combination liquid,Group D: distilled water and ultrasonic washing every group teeth. The microhardness of the root canal of each group samples was measured and compared. SPSS 19. 0 for statistical analysis of the data. Results: The microhardness of group A was significantly lower than that of other groups( P < 0. 05). The microhardness of group B was significantly lower than that of group C and D( P < 0. 05). There was no significant difference in the microhardness between C and D( P > 0. 05). Conclusion: The combination of 3% NaClO and EDTA combination swinging lotion,3% NaClO and MTAD combination swinging lotion have different effects on root canal hardness,The effect of 3% NaClO solution and EDTA combination winging lotion on the hardness of root canal was greater,and H_2O_2 and CHX mixed solution had less effect on root canal hardness,which was better root canal washing solution.
