基于BIM技术的建筑能耗模拟分析——以陕南农村建筑为例

摘要
以陕南地区某砖混建筑为例,根据实际调研情况,利用BIM绿色分析软件Ecotect建立模型A。结合《节能标准》的各种指标限值赋予软件模拟的模型B,进行A、B建筑能耗模拟计算及对比,发现模型B的逐月能耗及全年各项能耗值均低于模型A。研究结果表明:《节能标准》的各种指标限值有利于节能;模型B建筑各项能耗降幅不大,建筑本身能耗除了与建筑围护结构有关系,还与其他因素如体形系数、窗墙面积比等相关;在建筑节能设计时,应综合考虑墙体、门窗、屋面以及它们之间的关系。
        Taking a brick-concrete building in southern Shaanxi for an example,according to the actual research situation,model A was established using the BIM green analysis software Ecotect. Based on the model B of the software simulation given by various index limits of the energy conservation standard,the simulation and comparison of the energy consumption of buildings A and B are carried out. It is found that the monthly energy consumption of model B and the annual energy consumption values of model B are lower than those of model A. The results show that the limits of various indexes of the Energy Saving Standard are favorable to energy saving; The energy consumption of the model B building has not decreased significantly. In addition to the structure of the building,the energy consumption of the building itself is also related to other factors such as body size coefficient and window wall area ratio. At the same time in the building energy conservation design,we should consider the wall,doors and windows,roof and the relationship between them.
