摘要
目的分析黏蛋白1(MUC1)和黏蛋白5AC(MUC5AC)在鼻咽癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法收集2015年1月至2018年6月在空军军医大学唐都医院治疗的67例鼻咽癌患者的组织标本,采用免疫组化S-P法检测鼻咽癌组织中MUC1和MUC5AC的表达水平。结果鼻咽癌中MUC1的阳性表达率为91.04%,且在不同组织学病理类型中的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MUC5AC表达的阳性率为37.31%,且在不同病理类型的表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。MUC1和MUC5AC的表达与颈部淋巴结转移、TNM分期有关(P<0.05),与患者的年龄和性别无关(P>0.05)。鼻咽癌中MUC1和MUC5AC蛋白之间具有很强的关联性(r=0.48,P<0.05)。结论鼻咽癌中MUC1在不同的组织学病理类型中差异表达,MUC1和MUC5AC的表达与颈部淋巴结转移、TNM分期相关。MUC1和MUC5AC之间存在紧密联系。
        Objective To investigate the expression of MUC1 and MUC5 AC in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and their clinical significance. Methods MU C1 and MUC5 AC were detected by immunohistochemical S-P method in 67 nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues collected from January 2015 to June 2018. Results The positive expression rate of MUC1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was 91.04%, and the difference was statistically significant in different histopathological types(P<0.05). The positive expression rate of MUC5 AC was 37.31%, and there was no significant difference in different pathological types(P>0.05). The expression of MU C1 and MUC5 was related to the metastasis of cervical lymph node and TNM staging(P<0.05), but not with age and sex(P>0.05). The correlation analysis showed a strong correlation between MUC 1 and MUC5 AC proteins in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Conclusion The expression of MUC 1 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was differentially expressed in different histological types, and the expression of MUC1 and MUC5 AC was related to the metastasis of cervical lymph nodes and the staging of TNM. The correlation analysis showed that there was a strong correlation between MUC1 and MUC5 AC protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
