摘要
高铁齿轮箱具有降速增扭的作用,其齿轮与车轴间的过盈配合非常关键。运用DIN 7190标准和有限元方法对高铁车轴与齿轮过盈配合进行力学分析计算,得到了在极限配合尺寸下的各部件接触压强与应力分布规律。计算结果表明,该配合设计在足够的安全裕度下保证了动力传递且不发生滑移。该研究为高铁齿轮箱过盈配合的设计提供了一定的理论基础和技术支撑。
High-speed gearbox increases torque and decreases velocity, so the interference fit between the gear and axle is very critical. The mechanics analysis and calculation of the interference fit is done according to DIN 7190 standard and finite element method(FEM), and the distribution law of the contact pressure and stresses under the limit dimension is found. The results indicated that the fit design can transmit the torque without slip under the enough safety coefficient. This study provides a certain theoretical basis and technical support for interference fit determining of high-speed gearbox.
