摘要

在将租金变化率与过度需求率相关联和租金调整模型与搜寻模型相结合的基础上,给出了自然空置率确定的两种方法。研究发现,自然空置率随承租人和出租人之间搜寻强度的增加和匹配效率的提高而降低。
