摘要
以QM75-24/28.5桁架式门式起重机金属结构为分析对象,利用Femap With Nastran有限元分析平台,对其在额定起重量下的多种工况,多载荷步的强度、刚度进行有限元计算,掌握起重小车在整个主梁的运行过程当中,运行电动机启动、运行和制动对整机金属结构的影响,以达到结构优化与提高产品质量的目的。
Based on the metal structure of QM75-24/28.5 truss-type portal crane, the Femap With Nastran finite element analysis platform is used to calculate the strength and stiffness of multiple load steps under various conditions and rated lifting capacity. During the operation of the main beam, the impact of the motor starting, running and braking on the metal structure of the whole crane is studied to optimize the structure and improve the product quality.
