摘要
针对焊接系统中的低电压、大电流和开关管的高频导通和关断特性,详细分析了焊接系统中电磁干扰产生的原因和给系统及电网造成的危害,以及电磁干扰产生的机理;分析基于时域有限差分法、有限元法、CANDANC仿真软件能解决以上焊接系统中存在的电磁抗干扰、电压电流跌落、尖峰电压电流的瞬态变化、减小电磁干扰的能量等问题,从而使系统能正常运行。
In order to study welding system for low-voltage, high-current and high-frequency switch turn-on and turn-off characteristics,a detailed analysis of the welding system electromagnetic interference causes and to the system and the harm caused by the grid,the theoretical analysis of the electromagnetic interference generated mechanism,while the paper also analyzes based on finite difference time domain method,finite element method,CANDANC simulation software can solve the above welding system exists electromagnetic interference,voltage and current drop,instantaneous voltage and current spikes too change,reducing electromagnetic interference energy,so that the system can be a normal operation,and finally the switching power supply through pilot testing the presence of electromagnetic interference.
