摘要
鉴于三级行星齿轮传动系统故障诊断方法的不足,开发了基于. NET平台的行星齿轮传动故障诊断系统,实现了多路信号实时采集与综合分析功能。首先采集行星齿轮传动系统的振动信号,然后运用基于. NET平台设计开发的行星齿轮传动故障诊断系统对数据进行时频域分析,并利用小波阈值降噪、包络谱分析、频谱细化、窄带解调等方法进行特征提取并对特征信息进行状态识别,最后对行星齿轮传动系统故障信号特征频率进行验证对比。试验结果验证了该行星齿轮传动故障诊断的可行性和有效性。
        In view of the lack of fault diagnosis method of three-stage planetary gear transmission system,it develops the planetary gear fault diagnosis system based on. NET platform,realizes multi-channel signal real-time acquisition and comprehensive analysis function. It applies the accelerometer to collect the vibration signal and transmits the original data processing to the computer in the control amplification. Taking A/D conversion,and NI acquisition card,it analyzes the data in time and frequency domain,uses and the wavelet threshold to reduce the noise,envelope spectrum analysis,spectral refinement,It also uses the method of narrowband demodulation to feature extraction and fusion evaluation of feature information. Comparing the frequency results of gear fault signal,it verifies that the experimental results from. NET platform is feasible and effective.
