摘要
通过一款涡轮增压汽油机,研究了不同的进气湿度对发动机性能的影响.试验结果表明:随着湿度的增加,一方面实际进入缸内参与燃烧的干空气量下降,另一方面燃烧相位和燃烧持续期恶化,两者共同导致发动机的实测转矩降低而燃油消耗率升高.在大负荷工况时,发动机的抗爆性因湿度增加而得到改善,通过优化发动机的点火提前角,可以改善发动机的燃烧相位,增压发动机在大负荷工况的燃油消耗率反而降低,降低了1.4%~1.8%.
        Effects of air humidity on engine performance were studied experimentally on a turbocharged gasoline engine.The test results show that,with the increase of humidity,the actual amount of dry air involved in the combustion process is decreased,leading to a retard of combustion phase and an increase of combustion duration.As a result,the engine measured torque decreases and the fuel consumption increases.However,the anti-knock characteristics are remarkably improved with the increase of air humidity under high load operations.Thus,the fuel consumption is decreased by 1.4%—1.8% under high loads by optimizing the ignition advanced angle and the combustion phase.
