美国华裔诗歌下本土饮食文化的食物意象

摘要
以美国华裔诗歌中的食物意象为研究对象,剖析在美国本土生存经验的影响与作用下,华裔饮食文化的特点,探究其与原有的中华文化记忆的偏差,以及文化记忆发生偏差的方式与原因。在研究美国华裔诗歌食物意象的基础上,解析其中折射的美国华裔本土生存体验。
Focusing on the food images in Chinese American poetry, the Chinese American dietetic culture under the influences of American native experience is studied. The ways and reasons of the deviation of Chinese American dietetic culture from its original cultural memory are explored and it aims to decipher the native living experience of Chinese Americans.
