摘要
镍铬合金为常用的义齿加工材料,用于制作义齿,以修复患者牙体牙列的缺损和缺失。由于镍铬合金具备优秀的理化性能、良好的加工性能和低廉的价格而被广泛用于义齿的制作,但是合金中镍元素析出会导致镍过敏、细胞毒性、全身毒性等风险。本文总结了镍铬合金在义齿中的应用情况,分析了镍元素析出引发的风险和控制措施,供生产企业及使用人员参考,以提高此类产品的安全性。
        It is well known that nickel-chromium alloy is a commonly used denture material. It is used to make denture to repair the defect and missing of the patient's teeth. Nickel-chromium alloy is widely used in the manufacture of denture due to its excellent physical and chemical properties, good processing performance and low price. However, the precipitation of nickel can lead to nickel allergy, cytotoxicity and systemic toxicity. The application of nickel-chromium alloy in denture was summarized and the risk and control measures of nickel precipitation were analyzed in this paper. It is hoped that this study can be used by manufacturers and users to improve the safety of such products.
