摘要
以跨径为80 m的某海峡公铁两用桥非通航孔引桥双层结合全焊简支钢桁梁为背景,根据钢桁梁实际拼装工艺,采用MIDAS/Civil有限元软件建立空间模型,对比分析了主桁上弦杆在压缩试验过程中的受力情况。并且建立不同工况下的模型,通过对钢桁梁公路纵梁应力数据的分析,得出了在钢桁梁压缩拼接的过程中,不仅要注意钢桁梁纵向拼接的先后顺序,同时要考虑每节间内横向的拼接顺序,以更好地解决主桁与桥面系共同作用对公路横梁的影响。
        The researches are based on a rail-cum-road non-navigable bridge with 80 m span and double deck all-welded simply supported steel truss girder. According to the actual assembly process of steel truss girder,a space model is established by MIDAS/Civil finite element software. A comparative analysis on forces of the top chord of the main truss during the preloading test was made. Accordingly,another model under different working conditions was established. By analyzing the stress data of the longitudinal beam of steel truss girder,it is concluded that in the process of compression splicing on the steel truss girder,the sequence of longitudinal splicing of steel truss girder should be paid attention to. Additionally,the horizontal splicing sequence of each section should be taken into consideration in order to better solve the influence of the main raft and the bridge deck on the highway beam.
