基于数据挖掘的明代云南名医兰茂治疗外感病用药规律分析

摘要
目的应用中医传承辅助平台软件,研究兰茂治疗外感病的用药规律。方法收集、整理兰茂著作《滇南本草》和《医门揽要》中治疗外感病的处方,按照疾病分为中暑、感寒、伤风3类方剂,分别录入系统平台,并利用改进的互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类、无监督的熵层次聚类等数据挖掘方法进行用药规律分析。结果提取出治疗中暑方剂24首,感寒方剂9首,伤风方剂16首,进行分析后发现使用频次≥3次的药物在中暑方剂中有27味,在感寒处方中有11味,在伤风处方中有19味。通过关联规则分析发现了治疗3种病证的用药规律,并通过聚类分析发现了药物之间的关联度,得出治疗中暑、伤风新方各1首,感寒新方2首。对药物组合规律及新方组合进行网络化展示。结论通过中医传承辅助平台总结出兰茂治疗外感病的用药规律,为深入了解和掌握兰氏遣方用药规律提供了数据支持,为云南地区治疗外感病提供临床用药经验和思路。
Objective:To study the medication rule of Lanmao in treating exogenous diseases with the application of TCM inheritance platform software. Methods:The prescriptions for treating exogenous diseases in Lanmao's Chinese Materia Medica of South Yunnan and Summary of Chinese Medical & Medicine were collected and sorted out. According to the disease,the prescriptions were divided into heatstroke,feeling cold and catching cold and entered into computing system platform respectively. Mutual information method,complex system entropy clustering and unsupervised entropy hierarchical clustering were used to analyze the the medication rule. Results:A total of 24 prescriptions for heat stroke,9 prescriptions for feeling cold and 16 prescriptions for catching cold was obtained. After analysis,it was found that the medicine used ≥3 times had 27 flavors in the heatstroke prescription,11 flavors in the feeling cold prescription and 19 flavors in the catching cold prescription. Through the analysis of association rules,the medication rule of treating three kinds of disease syndromes was found,and the correlation degree between the medicine was found by cluster analysis. One new prescription for heatstroke and feeling cold was obtained and 2 new prescriptions for catching cold. The medicine combination rules and new prescription combinations were displayed on network. Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine inheritance platform is used to summarize the medication rule of Lanmao in the treatment of exogenous diseases,which provides data support for in-depth understanding and mastering the medication rule of Lanmao's prescriptions and clinical experience and ideas for the treatment of exogenous diseases in Yunnan.
