摘要
采用等黏温度法和等体积法考察Sasobit和EC-120温拌剂的降黏效果,采用60℃动力黏度、三大指标和稳定度等试验考察两种温拌剂对SBS沥青及OGFC性能影响.结果表明,在相同掺量时,Sasobit比EC-120拥有更好的降黏效果,等黏温度法相比等体积法会低估温拌剂的降温能力2-5℃.Sasobit相比EC-120对SBS改性沥青60℃黏度、软化点的增加,针入度、延度的降低更为显著,对OGFC混合料高温性能的改善更为明显,并且适当添加两种温拌剂可提高OGFC混合料的低温性能、水稳定性能,超过一定量则呈降低趋势.推荐Sasobit掺量不宜超过3%,EC-120掺量控制在4%左右.
        The viscosity reduction effects of Sasobit and EC-120 warm-mix agents were investigated by using equal viscosity temperature method and equal volume method, and the effects of two warm-mix agents on SBS asphalt and OGFC performance were investigated by using 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity, three indexes and stability tests. The results show that Sasobit has better viscosity reduction effect than EC-120 at the same dosage, and the constant viscosity temperature method underestimates the cooling capacity of the warm mix agent by 2 ℃ ~ 5 ℃ compared with the constant volume method. Compared with EC-120, Sasobit has more significant effect on the increase of dynamic viscosity and softening point of SBS modified asphalt at 60 ℃, the decrease of penetration and ductility, and the improvement of high temperature performance of OGFC mixture. The low temperature performance and water stability of OGFC mixture can be improved by adding two kinds of warm-mix agents properly, but it will decrease when it exceeds a certain amount. It is recommended that the dosage of Sasobit should not exceed 3%, and the dosage of EC-120 should be controlled at about 4%.
